This page briefly explains how we handle data entered on this site.

Attendance confirmations

When you confirm attendance for a training session, the name you enter becomes publicly visible on the Training page. We also store a hash of your IP address (not the address itself) to prevent abuse; this hash is deleted after 30 days.

You can withdraw the confirmation at any time using the same secret code and the name you submitted.

Contact form

Messages sent through the contact form are delivered by email to the team administrator and are not published on the site.

Cookies

We use a single technical cookie for CSRF protection. We do not use marketing or analytics cookies.
